High Frequency Foods

Updated: Nov 24, 2019

The food you eat has a vibration to it. It’s vibration can uplift you, cure you of illness, can prevent dis ease from setting on, can make you more resilient to the whips and scorns of outrageous fortune. What foods are these?

I could tell you that they are plant foods, veggies like kale, and mustard greens, and asparagus, and cauliflower, and artichoke, and super fruits like pomegranate, and blackberries, and açaí. But I would be directly contradicting my experience. The same foods that can raise your frequency, can also lower your frequency, can potentially cause harm, make you anxious, and lethargic, and quick-tempered.

How is it possible that the same plant based super fruits/foods can have such an opposing effect on your body? It is in the frequency of the food. The frequency is informed by the way the earth in which the food was grown, was related to; how it was grown; how it was harvested and distributed; how it was prepared.

Ultimately, the frequency of a food is about love and respect.

What are the criteria for Love, respect - High Frequency foods? There could be many, there could be a few. For me the criteria of High Frequency Foods are the following:

Respect for the earth the food was grown in.

Respect for the nature of that area.

Farmers who were respected, and in turn tilled the soil with love and respect.

A relationship with the earth and farmers of your food.

Preparing the food with honoring, and Love.

Prayer for the sacrifice of the food.

Prayer for the ancestors of the soil the food derived from.

Taking time to experience the food.

Eating in community.

What if you don't have access to your farmer, or to a market that sources ethically and with Love? Are you doomed to the fate of low frequency? No, not necessarily.

You can raise the vibration of your foods in your own interaction with it. But before I give you some suggestions, consider the philosophy of High Frequency foods.

The High Frequency Diet. shares the same premise as my perspective on traditional medicine -- self Love (=Self Love). That we are all inter-connected, and to respect self is to respect all and to respect all is to respect self. Thus, this is about all of us - our togetherness. So you tell me - what are ways you can raise the frequency of the foods you take in?
