High Frequency

THE HIGH-FREQUENCY NUTRITION PROGRAM

Everyone of us are born unique. As such, there is no standard diet for any one person. Learn to eat according to your constitution, in relation to the seasons, ancestry, and the land you are in. Most importantly, learn how to do this in a way that ensures you are receiving High Frequency on a molecular level into your cells.

Sessions

 

Session 1:  Intake: A thorough intake in which your constitution and imbalancing element is assessed, your health goals and concerns established, and a general diet for your element reviewed

​

Session 2: Eat for Your Constitution: learn to eat according to your unique you, and your health goals. Learn what foods to have as staples, what foods to avoid, how many meals you should eat, when, and how much.  

​

Session 3: Seasonal/Geographic/Ancestral Eating: learn which foods to eat in what season, based on on your geography and ancestry; learn about proper food combination, to enhance digestion, and counter health concerns. 

​

 

Session 4: High Frequency I: develop a gratitude practice into your nutrition ; incorporate organoleptics and meditation into your eating experience

Session 5: High Frequency II: learn to ritualize cooking/preparing foods, even with time constraints;  establish staple dishes; create a menu plan, learn to build a pantry 

​

​

Session 6: High Frequency III: forge a relationship to the Source of your food, by developing a home herb garden (specific to your health concerns and goals)

​

​

Session 7: Teas/Juices/Beverages: Learn which beverages will boost your nutrient intake; which beverages you should have on hand to support your constitution, promote sleep, and energy.
